The classes are gentle or more dynamic depending on the health of the client and they are tailored to the individual requirements. Each class ends with a guided relaxation (meditation) which has the purpose of calming the mind.

You will begin your day by visiting a coconut plantation where you can admire the specially trained monkeys at work picking the fruit from high up in the trees. The chauffeur will show you his driving talents as the roads are quite narrow and winding in the jungle. After you will reach a waterfall where you can even take a dip in the water. In the afternoon you will have a great variety of visits: a mystic garden, a rubber plantation, banana groves as well as more splendid views and waterfalls when driving through the jungle of Koh Samui. This excursion can be combined with an elephant tour.

Then you should join Mister Ung who organizes this fishing experience! He will take you on board his typical Thai fishing boat and you will be able to catch the biggest fish around! You will leave from the south of the island, depending on the weather conditions. At lunch time he will cook you a delicious Thai meal which will be eaten aboard the vessel.
